Most people complete it in 15-25 minutes. It depends on how many audience segments you define (up to 6) and whether you need to refine any micro-segment options. You can pause and come back if you need to.
What if the micro-segment options don't feel right?
You can reject all three options and tell us what's missing. We'll generate three new ones based on your feedback. If the second round still doesn't land, you can describe your micro-segment in your own words and we'll use that.
Can I download my profile more than once?
Yes. Once your profile is generated, you can log in and download it as many times as you want. It's yours.
What if I want to create a profile for a different business?
Each purchase gives you one survey and one profile. If you have a second business or want to redefine your segments from scratch, you can purchase another profile from your dashboard.
Can I redo my segments after the profile is generated?
No. Once a profile is complete, it's locked. This is by design — the value is in committing to specific micro-segments and building content around them. If your audience changes significantly, purchase a new profile.
What format is the profile in?
Markdown (.md) — the format LLMs understand best. Drop it into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini as context, and the AI immediately knows who you're writing for, what they care about, and what language resonates with them. It's also easy to read yourself, paste into Notion, or open in any text editor.
Do I need to know about micro-segments or demand-side thinking?
No. The survey guides you through everything. You just answer questions about your audience — their goals, dreams, challenges, and fears — and we handle the segmentation. The concepts are baked into the process, not something you need to study first.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your survey responses and generated profile are tied to your account and are not shared with anyone. We use them only to generate your profile.
